Katherine is a mom, an author, a voracious reader, and an administrator at heart.

She spent nearly a decade working with developmental disability nonprofits and ministries serving both adults and children. Inclusion, advocacy, and caring for others have long been important parts of her life - not only professionally, but personally as well, as members of her family navigate the world of disability and accessibility.

After earning her BA in psychology, she eventually stepped away from hands-on work in the developmental disability field and spent time studying to become an ASL interpreter. During that season of transition and navigating what her next vocational path would be, she discovered a deep desire to connect her faith with her daily work.

As a former administrative assistant at her previous church, Katherine is excited to bring her passion for people, her love of spreadsheets, and her desire to serve God faithfully to the congregation at Hillcrest Covenant Church.
